Role Summary
The Overnight Team Member plays a pivotal role in ensuring a positive experience for our members, prospective members, and guests by delivering exceptional customer service. This position is also responsible for efficiently closing the day’s shift and preparing an accurate bank deposit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, offering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including:
    • Answering phones cheerfully and assisting callers with a range of inquiries.
    • Checking members into the system.
    • Signing up new members.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating account updates for members as needed.
    • Responding to member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when required.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.
    • Closing the shift for the business day.
    • Preparing a bank deposit for the following day.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills.

  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage professionally and positively with members and colleagues, consistently exceeding expectations.
