Job description:

The Bartender will be tasked with the preparation of food and beverage orders, serving drinks and meals to patrons in accordance with state and federal age requirements, and coordinating activities within the lounge/bar.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of three to six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Possession of an Alcohol Awareness Certification, in compliance with state regulations.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.

Responsibilities:

• Verify customer identification to ensure compliance with age requirements for alcohol purchases.
• Present menus, respond to inquiries, and take food and beverage orders from guests or serving staff.
• Prepare drink orders, including wine, liquor, and beer, alongside food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Monitor seating arrangements in the lounge/bar to ensure all guests receive prompt service.
• Calculate bills, accept payments, and balance sales receipts accurately.
