Job description:
We are seeking a part-time Deli Clerk to join our Deli team! As an integral member of our staff, you will receive comprehensive training; all we ask is that you bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, fostering a fun and friendly atmosphere while actively engaging with guests through product sampling and suggestive selling.

Key Responsibilities:
– Slice, weigh, package, and label meat and cheese products for our guests.
– Prepare and serve salads.
– Serve food to guests through the hot case, where applicable.
– Maintain an appealing presentation of the deli case and product areas, ensuring they are well-stocked.
– Prepare meat and cheese trays, vegetable trays, and other department products for merchandising and sale.
– Adhere to food safety guidelines along with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Additional tasks may include dishwashing, mixing ingredients, assembling catering orders, and baking or frying products.

Requirements:
– Candidates must be at least 16 years of age; however, for certain locations, the minimum age may be 18 years.
