Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices, a recognized leader in the tire and automotive repair service industry, is excited to announce the Grand Opening of our new location in South Euclid, OH. We are actively seeking experienced automotive sales professionals for multiple positions.
Position Overview: Assistant Manager
As a key member of our leadership team, the Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager to ensure the efficient, safe, and effective operation of each Mavis retail location. Utilizing essential leadership skills, Assistant Managers are tasked with enforcing established policies and procedures, scheduling the work of mechanics and technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of services, meeting customer expectations, and prioritizing the safety of team members.
Position Overview: Service Manager
The Service Manager plays a critical role in assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services. This position is focused on achieving complete customer satisfaction by ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of vehicle repair and maintenance tasks. Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, staging vehicle repair and maintenance work as needed. In addition, they drive Mavis’s sales initiatives by communicating directly with customers to assess their needs, providing detailed information on requested and necessary automotive repairs, and ensuring a positive in-store experience that meets customer expectations.

Qualifications

To qualify for the positions of Assistant Manager or Service Manager, candidates must (1) be at least 18 years of age, (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States, and (3) possess (i) at least one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, (ii) one year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs or maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
