The Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, situated in Lewis Center, Ohio, is seeking part-time Banquet Servers and Attendants to join our distinguished team. As one of the largest venues in Columbus, we host a diverse range of meetings during the week and elegant weddings on weekends.

In the role of Banquet Server and Attendant, your primary focus will be enhancing the guest experience. Essential Functions:

  • Set up necessary equipment and items promptly to ensure the successful execution of events. This typically includes arranging buffets, food or drink stations, setting tables, and preparing for food and beverage service.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests as outlined in the Banquet Event Order (BEO), continuously restocking and maintaining items to meet guest demands while adhering to all presentation standards.
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs before and during events to deliver exceptional service and high guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards by continually refreshing the space and disposing of dirty dishes and trash.
  • Tear down and clean all equipment and items post-service, returning them to storage for future use.
