SUMMARY
The role involves fulfilling customer needs by delivering automotive parts and tires in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are essential to the position, although other tasks may be assigned as needed:
– Provide exceptional customer service daily, exceeding standard customer expectations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
– Accurately pull tires as per customer orders and load them into designated delivery vehicles.
– Verify the accuracy of deliveries and optimize routing for efficiency.
– Complete necessary documentation, including invoices and transfer forms, with precision and promptness.
– When not delivering, assist with unloading deliveries, pulling orders, and general warehouse responsibilities.
– Observe and comply with all safety regulations consistently.
– Communicate relevant information to the manager in a timely manner.
– Address customer inquiries politely and courteously; escalate to the manager as necessary.
– Ensure timely delivery of customer orders in a professional manner, making only assigned deliveries and contacting the manager as required from the delivery location.
– Depart customer sites promptly after deliveries are completed.
– Adhere to vehicle safety protocols at all times.
– Accurately initial cash invoices and follow proper cash handling procedures.
– Complete return forms accurately and in a timely fashion; verify and finalize invoices appropriately and record all pertinent details.
– Conduct weekly vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance checks as needed.
– Inform the manager of any non-routine maintenance or repairs required for company vehicles and perform daily vehicle cleanliness checks.
– Accurately select tires to fulfill orders and maintain organized stocking of tires.
– Assist in loading and unloading vehicles as necessary.
– Maintain facility cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
