Home Instead invites passionate individuals to join our team as caregivers, primarily for weekend shifts. You will have the flexibility to choose hours that align with your availability, and we will match you with clients that are ideally suited to your skills and interests.

Our caregivers provide essential personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. In addition, they offer companionship, perform light housekeeping, prepare meals, and provide medication reminders. By doing so, our caregivers empower seniors to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

No prior training or experience is required, as we offer comprehensive paid training to equip you with the necessary skills. We serve seniors in Licking and Muskingum counties, and you are not required to work in both areas.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Care Professional:

• Commitment to work a minimum of 16 hours per week
• Assist clients with personal care needs, including toileting, bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide mobility assistance, helping clients transition in and out of bed, chairs, or wheelchairs
• Exhibit patience and good listening skills in a friendly manner
• Complete a background check, DMV check, and drug screening
• Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain valid auto insurance
• Possess reliable transportation
