Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will be instrumental in delivering a positive experience for our members by providing exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring exceptional service.
- Manage all front desk activities, including:
- Answering phone calls in a friendly manner, checking in members, facilitating new member sign-ups, and providing tours for prospective members.
- Updating member accounts as needed.
- Responding promptly and professionally to member inquiries and concerns, elevating issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
- Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

- Basic proficiency in computer skills.
