Job Title: Dietary Aide (Server)

Company: Wallick Communities

Location: Toledo, OH

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: As of my last update, the hourly rate of $14 for a Dietary Aide (Server) in Toledo, OH, falls below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $18 per hour depending on experience and local cost of living. In Toledo specifically, the wage may be competitive for entry-level positions or smaller facilities, but it generally underrepresents the industry standard, especially considering increasing demands and minimum wage hikes in many regions. Therefore, while it may attract initial applicants, it may struggle to retain staff in a competitive labor market unless accompanied by benefits or opportunities for advancement.
