Responsibilities:
- Execute daily housekeeping duties, including the cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
- Ensure adherence to established cleaning and sanitation procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Follow infection control and universal precautions protocols to uphold a sanitary environment.
- Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, administration, and HCSG leadership.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies is required.
- Capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand, sit, bend, and walk for prolonged periods.
- Aptitude for performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
- Willingness to work in proximity to cleaning products.
- Ability to follow both oral and written instructions.
Residency within the service area is required.
