AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.50 for a “Med Tech 2nd Shift” position in Macomb, MI, is generally below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on factors like experience and specific job duties. While wages can vary by region and organization, Michigan’s healthcare sector often offers competitive pay to attract skilled professionals, especially for 2nd shift roles that may require greater flexibility.
