Job Title: Med Tech 2nd shift

Company: Oakleigh of Macomb

Location: Chesterfield, MI

Pay: $16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.50 for a “Med Tech 2nd shift” position in Chesterfield, MI, appears to be below the national average for similar roles, which typically range from $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. Factors such as local cost of living, the hiring company, and demand for medical technicians can influence competitiveness. In Michigan, particularly in suburban areas like Chesterfield, the pay may also vary, but this rate may not sufficiently attract candidates looking for sustainable employment in the healthcare field, suggesting it could be less competitive relative to the industry standards in the region.
