We are fully equipped with appropriate PPE and ready to assist you in providing care for our vulnerable population of seniors and adults with disabilities.

We are seeking caregivers to support seniors and disabled adults with activities of daily living, either in their homes or care facilities in Grand Rapids, MI. We are looking for caregivers available for two or more shifts per week, preferably those willing to commit to 12-hour shifts two to three times weekly.

You are comfortable engaging in hands-on support, including (but not limited to) assistance with eating, personal hygiene, dressing, light housekeeping, laundry, and other household chores. While you may not be a gourmet chef, you are capable of preparing nutritious meals and navigating a kitchen.

You will assist clients in various ways, including (but not limited to) medication reminders, support with prescribed range of motion exercises, dementia care, and companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles.

Must Haves:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as required for the role
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Compliance with requirements for employees providing direct patient care
• Ability to pass a comprehensive employment background check
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation that meets the State licensing law for home health agencies
• Current CPR certification is recommended
• Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health Aide in a healthcare setting, along with successful completion of a State-approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide course
