What We’re Looking For:

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will consistently meet quality and timeliness standards when cleaning commercial properties, while adhering to the company’s mission and values.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain high standards of excellence
  • Empty trash receptacles
  • Vacuum carpets and floors
  • Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors
  • Wet mop hard surface floors
  • Clean various areas including restrooms, kitchens, and lobbies
  • Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors
  • Dust horizontal surfaces when clear
  • Perform high dusting
  • Clean windowsills and blinds
  • Conduct surgical cleaning in medical facilities
  • Report maintenance issues following company procedures
  • Notify supervisors of damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens
  • Communicate inventory and supply needs to the Supervisor
  • Report lost and found items to Supervisor/Manager
  • Assist in maintaining organized and clean storage closets
  • Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
  • Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently
  • Manage time wisely and effectively

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Janitorial experience is preferred
  • A passion for cleanliness
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Flexible availability, including irregular hours
  • Minimal travel may be required
