Maintenance Technician positions are now open!

The responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician will include:

– Timely completion of work orders and special projects
– Addressing plumbing and electrical service requests
– Managing apartment turnarounds
– Providing friendly, customer-oriented service to residents
– Diagnosing and repairing issues in electrical systems
– Responding promptly and professionally to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager
– Assisting in the daily maintenance of the property’s exterior to ensure a clean and appealing curbside presence at all times
– Undertaking housekeeping responsibilities as necessary, including snow removal during winter months, when required
– Performing maintenance tasks for pools, spas, and related areas if applicable

Qualifications:

– Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing is preferred
– Strong customer service skills and general computer proficiency
– Solid experience in plumbing, electrical work, appliance repairs, and painting

Certifications and licenses in plumbing, contracting, or building are advantageous. The candidate must also be available for on-call duties and possess the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
