Job Title: Caregiver 3rd Shift

Company: Oakleigh of Macomb

Location: Macomb, MI

Pay: $16.5 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16.50 for a “Caregiver 3rd Shift” position in Macomb, MI, is somewhat below the average for similar roles, which typically range from $17 to $20 per hour depending on experience and the specific duties involved. Factors such as the cost of living in Macomb and the competitive landscape for caregiving roles, especially during 3rd shift hours, can influence pay rates. While this rate may appeal to entry-level candidates, it may struggle to attract more experienced caregivers, especially considering the physical and emotional demands of the job. Overall, while it’s a decent entry-level wage, it may not be competitive enough to retain skilled professionals in the industry.
