AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 to $18 for a caregiver in Wilmington, OH, is generally in line with national averages, which typically range between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific job requirements. Given the relatively low cost of living in Wilmington compared to larger metropolitan areas, this pay scale is competitive yet may still be on the lower end for caregivers with specialized skills or certifications.
