Job Description
Job Title: Supervisor (Part-time $14.50/HR)
Company: Barnes & Noble Education
Location: Flint, MI
Pay: $14.5 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $14.50 for a part-time Supervisor role in Flint, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the pay scale for this position. Typically, part-time supervisors in similar industries, depending on the specific field, experience, and responsibilities, can earn between $15 to $25 per hour or more. While Flint has a lower cost of living compared to larger cities, this rate may still fall short of competitive, especially considering state and federal minimum wage adjustments. Therefore, it might not align well with industry standards for supervisory roles when taking into account the required skills and responsibilities typically associated with such positions.
