Job Title: Caregivers for Senior Living Community

Company: Homestead

Location: Taylor, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver for Senior Living Community” in Taylor, MI, is slightly below the industry average. As of recent data, caregiver wages in Michigan typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and specific duties. In regions surrounding Taylor, some caregivers may earn higher, particularly in areas with higher living costs or where specialized training is valued. Therefore, while the rate is competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract experienced candidates or those seeking to meet rising living expenses, especially considering benefits and job satisfaction in the caregiving field.
