Job Title: Med Tech/Caregiver

Company: Homestead

Location: Manton, MI

Pay: $14 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $14 for a Med Tech/Caregiver in Manton, MI, is generally considered below the typical industry standards for this role. According to various sources, caregiver wages typically range from $15 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, certifications, and specific responsibilities. In Michigan, the average hourly wage for caregivers tends to hover around $15 to $18. Therefore, while $14 may be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not adequately reflect the skills and responsibilities associated with Med Tech/Caregiver roles, potentially leading to challenges in attracting qualified candidates.
