We are seeking a part-time associate to sample products for suppliers within a Sam’s Club location. As a Product Demonstrator, you will introduce customers to new and exciting items and brands through product tasting events, sampling, or demonstrations. While previous experience in customer service, food handling, bartending, serving, cashiering, stocking, demonstrating, or as a brand ambassador is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to effectively communicate key product information.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines while preparing samples (cooking, processing, plating, and serving).
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets for product offerings.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years old (18+ required for Alcohol and Production roles).
  • Availability on weekends (Friday through Sunday) preferred; holiday and weekday shifts are also available.
  • Must have reliable access to a smartphone or tablet on workdays.
  • Ability to safely operate appliances such as microwaves, toaster ovens, and hot plates.
  • Capability to stand for the duration of the event.

Work Environment
You can expect moderate to high noise levels typical of a retail grocery warehouse environment, with some exposure to cold, refrigerated conditions, food products, and cleaning chemicals.
