Job Title: Assistant General Manager

Company: Border Foods

Location: Zeeland, MI

Pay: $30 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $30 for an Assistant General Manager in Zeeland, MI, translates to approximately $62,400 annually, which is generally competitive but may vary depending on the industry. In the Midwest, and particularly in smaller towns, salaries for this role typically range from $50,000 to $75,000, with variations based on the specific sector, company size, and individual experience. While $30 per hour is within the lower to mid-range for this position, it could be considered competitive for smaller businesses or organizations with tighter budgets. However, for larger corporations or high-demand sectors, candidates might expect higher compensation. Overall, while this rate is reasonable, it may not fully reflect the responsibilities or expectations associated with the role in more competitive markets.
