Job Description:

The Merchandiser is tasked with delivering exceptional merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands, including 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other popular selections in retail locations across Cleveland, Garfield Heights, and surrounding areas. We are hiring immediately.

About the Role:

  • Merchandisers will stock and display products on shelves and in coolers at major accounts within their designated territory.
  • They will report directly to their assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may be required to cover additional routes as needed.
  • Merchandisers will use their personal vehicles to travel between stores; however, product transportation will not be their responsibility, as deliveries will be made in advance to the stores.
  • A company-issued phone will be provided, equipped with a programmed application for clocking in and out and tracking mileage for reimbursement.

Shift and Schedule:

  • Work hours span from 7:00 AM until tasks are completed.
  • The position requires 32-40 hours per week over five scheduled shifts.
  • Weekend work is necessary, with days off typically falling during the week.
  • Flexibility to work overtime is essential.
