We are currently seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for a Major Automaker in Sterling Heights, MI. The schedule for this position is Saturday and Sunday from 2 PM to 10 PM. The starting pay is $17.90 per hour, increasing to $18.99 after 90 days. A valid driver’s license held for over one year is required, and we offer flexible payment options such as DailyPay and WeeklyPay.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by enforcing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and effective problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and surrounding areas, noting that working conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, or a minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will also be required to undergo a drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may vary according to state and/or local regulations and may need to be fulfilled prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is a requirement for driving positions only.
