Job description:

The Courtyard Restaurant, an independent full-service restaurant and bar (not affiliated with Courtyard Marriott), invites applications for the position of Shift Supervisor. Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 11 AM to 9 PM, and Friday to Saturday from 11 AM to 10 PM. Notably, we are closed on Sundays and major holidays.

We are seeking a Shift Supervisor who will work both daytime and nighttime shifts, totaling at least 35 hours per week. Key responsibilities include overseeing the front of the house, managing the opening and closing of the dining room, cashiering, serving, and bartending. Exceptional customer service skills are essential for success in this role; however, please note that this is not a traditional server or bartender position. Daytime shifts run from 10 AM to 5 PM, while nighttime shifts are from 3 PM until close. The starting wage is $20 per hour, complemented by a benefits package.
