Job description:

This full-time position requires the flexibility to work one weekend day, with shifts scheduled from 12 PM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 10 PM, and/or 3 PM to 11 PM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Perform various front desk-related activities, including but not limited to:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner and assisting callers with diverse inquiries.
    • Checking IDs and member barcodes into the system.
    • Facilitating new member sign-ups.
    • Conducting tours of the club for prospective members.
    • Updating member accounts as required.
    • Responding promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating issues to the Assistant Club Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in the maintenance of the club’s neatness and cleanliness.
    • Monitoring safety and cleanliness throughout the facility.
    • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and gym floors.
    • Stocking locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
    • Reporting broken or missing amenities or equipment (e.g., toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment) to the Club Manager.
    • Adhering to the “Lost and Found Policy” and promptly turning in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements
