You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by actively engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles. Your role will include maintaining a clean and organized store environment while adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. You may also be cross-trained to work in various store areas to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrating established customer experience practices to both internal and external customers.
  • Upholding a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Accurately processing customer purchases and returns while following established operating procedures.
  • Promoting credit and loyalty programs.
  • Maintaining merchandising standards by accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures.
  • Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Upholding organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and contributing to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Providing and accepting recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Supporting and engaging in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
  • Participating in safety awareness initiatives and maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
