Job Description
Job Title: Caregiver/Home Health Aide
Company: Interim HealthCare
Location: Grandville, MI
Pay: $15 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $17 for a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in Grandville, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to national averages, which typically range from $18 to $23 per hour. In Michigan, wages can vary by region, with urban areas generally offering higher rates due to demand and cost of living. Furthermore, factors like certifications, experience, and specific job duties can influence pay. While this rate might be competitive for entry-level positions, it may not attract more experienced caregivers seeking better compensation, highlighting a potential challenge in recruitment for such roles in Grandville.
