This advanced, hands-on technical position is pivotal in configuring, optimizing, and securing enterprise systems that underpin our bank’s infrastructure and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer physical and virtual server environments (Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and uptime.
  • Manage enterprise services, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Lead infrastructure projects, encompassing deployments, upgrades, and cloud migrations.
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
  • Implement and monitor IT security systems, including antivirus, patching, and firewalls.
  • Collaborate across teams to align systems with business needs and compliance standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide technical escalation support.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation and generate performance reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors on contracts, support, and procurement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of enterprise-level systems administration experience.
  • Advanced certifications are preferred (e.g., Microsoft Azure, VMware VCP, CompTIA Security+).
  • Profound expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.
  • Familiarity with Azure/AWS, Office 365, and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).
