Job Title: CDL A Delivery Driver – SYGMA – Columbus, OH

Company: Sysco

Location: Amlin, OH

Pay: $10 – 48 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $10 to $48 for the “CDL A Delivery Driver” role at SYGMA in Amlin, OH, appears to have a wide range, with $10 being significantly below industry standards for a CDL A driver, while $48 is quite competitive, particularly for experienced drivers or those with specialized skills or long-haul responsibilities. According to industry benchmarks, the average wage for CDL A drivers typically falls between $20 to $30 per hour in Ohio, suggesting that the lower end of this pay range may not attract qualified candidates, whereas the upper end aligns with compensation for more experienced positions. Overall, while the higher end can be seen as competitive, the lower end undermines the appeal and viability of the role.
