Role Summary
As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional experience for our members by offering outstanding customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all front desk operations, including:
    • Answering phones in a friendly manner.
    • Checking in members and signing up new members.
    • Conducting tours for prospective members.
    • Facilitating updates to member accounts as needed.
    • Addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Assistant Manager or Manager when necessary.
    • Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • A strong passion for fitness and health.
  • An upbeat and positive attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for interacting positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
  • Strong listening skills with the capability to empathize and resolve issues.
  • Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and professionalism in all interactions.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
