Job description:
Responsibilities include collaborating as part of a retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) often begins their career as a Pick-n-Pull Greeter and can progress to roles such as Part Sales, Parts Specialist, and ultimately a Store Sales Lead through exemplary work ethic and performance evaluations. This retail sales position requires a proactive selling attitude and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve the store’s sales objectives. The CSA will be present during peak customer traffic times, which may include weekends, promotional events, or other high-traffic occasions as per the store schedule. The CSA will actively promote sales and services to customers while upholding the highest standards of all Pick-n-Pull policies and procedures, ensuring a consistently pleasant, respectful, and helpful demeanor.

Essential Functions:
– Advocate for the Pick-n-Pull Safety Culture.
– Function as a team player, collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals.
– Uphold a high level of integrity in all interactions.
– Provide essential information to customers upon entry, offering friendly and enthusiastic responses to inquiries.
– Adhere to loss prevention, risk control, quality assurance, and proper cash handling procedures at all times.
– Work collaboratively on housekeeping, janitorial, and other assigned tasks, which may include cleaning tires, carrying batteries, mopping floors, etc.
– Comply with all company policies and procedures.
– Recognize when customer interactions require management assistance.
– Complete sales training and adhere to the Pick-n-Pull 5 Step Sales Model, engaging in ongoing training and education in all areas of the Pick-n-Pull business.
– Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
– Commitment to safety at all times.
– Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
– Availability for retail hours, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
– Reliable means of transportation.
– Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
– Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.
– Familiarity with automotive parts and products, with the ability to recognize parts related to customer receipts.
– Adherence to the company dress code policy, ensuring a well-groomed and neat appearance to create a positive impression.
– Preferred, but not required, previous experience in a retail setting.

Physical Activities Required to Perform Essential Functions:
Regular activities include standing, lifting, walking, bending, and stretching to perform customer care, product relocation, and environmental health and safety functions.
