Job Title: Caregiver

Company: Quality Private Care

Location: Utica, MI

Pay: $15 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 for a “Caregiver” role in Utica, MI, is generally considered below the competitive market rate. As of recent data, caregiver wages typically range from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on factors such as experience, specific job responsibilities, and regional demand. While $15 may attract entry-level candidates, it may be challenging to retain experienced caregivers, especially with the increasing cost of living and demand for skilled professionals in healthcare and personal care sectors. Overall, this rate does not align well with industry standards, indicating that employers may need to offer more competitive compensation to attract and maintain talent.
