As a valued team member, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, engaging with customers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will uphold all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in various store areas to meet the business’s needs.

  • Serve as a role model in applying established customer experience practices with both internal and external customers.
  • Foster a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Process customer purchases and returns accurately, following established procedures for counting change.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to the company’s merchandising philosophy, procedures, and standards.
  • Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company guidelines.
  • Participate in store recovery efforts as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and contribute to the overall maintenance of the store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback appropriately.
  • Comply with all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and engage in initiatives aimed at reduction of store shrink.
  • Participate actively in safety awareness programs to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
