Generator Supercenter is currently seeking an organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be expected to present yourself in business casual attire and demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a genuine passion for customer service. Proficiency in basic computer software and experience managing customer inquiries are also crucial. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, performing miscellaneous clerical tasks, and ensuring that common areas remain tidy. Additionally, you will assist office staff in organizing sales files, preparing questionnaires for potential customers, and ensuring smooth operations in visitor areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Notify company personnel of waiting guests or visitors as necessary.
- Update office-wide calendars and spreadsheets when required.
- Assist in managing office supply inventory.
- Check for incoming mail at the front desk twice daily (morning and afternoon).
- Support the sales team in maintaining or updating sales files.
- Update existing customer information as needed.
- Document incoming calls and information as required.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the reception area, conference room, kitchen, and bathrooms.
