Job Title: Caregiver (In Home)
Company: Home Instead Senior Care
Location: North Royalton, OH
Pay: $15 – 17 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The offered hourly rate of $15 – $17 for a “Caregiver (In Home)” position in North Royalton, OH, is generally at or just below the average for similar roles in the region. Nationally, caregiver positions typically range from $12 to $20 per hour depending on experience, certification, and specific job duties. In Ohio, rates may vary, but competitive pay often starts around $15 per hour, especially for positions that require specialized skills or certification. Therefore, while the rate is on the lower end of the spectrum, it may still be considered reasonable for entry-level or less experienced caregivers. Overall, it could be less competitive in attracting more experienced applicants.
