Job Title: Environmental Services – Manager in Training
Company: Healthcare Services Group
Location: Midland, MI
Pay: $16 – 18 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $16 to $18 for the “Environmental Services – Manager in Training” role in Midland, MI, is relatively low compared to industry standards for similar positions, which typically range from $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience and specific job responsibilities. While this rate may be competitive for entry-level or training positions, it may not attract qualified candidates who have relevant experience or credentials, especially in a sector that often demands rigorous adherence to regulations and management skills. Additionally, considering the local cost of living and the growing demand for skilled workers in environmental services, employers may need to offer more competitive compensation to remain attractive in the job market.
