CAMERON MITCHELL RESTAURANTS is looking for a skilled LINE COOK to become a vital part of our team.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of hot and cold food items, including salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. Your tasks will include portioning, washing, peeling, slicing, and mixing various ingredients, as well as carving and slicing meats and cheeses. You will accurately measure and mix ingredients to create dressings, sauces, salads, and other culinary offerings, all in accordance with established recipes.

Essential Functions of the Position Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Arriving on time and adhering to the uniform requirements, maintaining cleanliness, and practicing good personal hygiene at all times.
- Preparing all food items in accordance with company specifications, recipes, procedures, plate presentation, and quality standards to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
- Demonstrating proper food safety techniques in handling and preparation, including personal hygiene, hand washing, and knife skills.
- Being knowledgeable about emergency procedures for the restaurant.
- Maintaining the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety in the work area, including prep tables, countertops, refrigeration units, and storage areas.
- Completing job duties while adhering to safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift, and promptly reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents.
