Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality guidelines.
• Ensure food presentation aligns with standards and is visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory and communicate when additional prep work is necessary.
• Effectively communicate regarding ticket times, service challenges, and other operational issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous line cook experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
