Position Pay Rate: $17 – $19 per hour and above, with performance reviews and opportunities for raises

Role Overview:
Our Heart of House Team Members are essential in maintaining the tempo of an excellent shift, ensuring dependable, speedy service that embodies the spirit of Chili’s. If you take pride in teamwork and delivering quality, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items to order, adhering to established recipes while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Clean work areas and the equipment utilized in food preparation
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Restock food supplies and conduct inventory as needed
  • Communicate ticket times effectively to Team Members
  • Ensure a continuous flow of food orders from the kitchen
  • Be willing to perform light dishwashing and food prep tasks

Skills:

  • Possess a friendly, warm, and caring demeanor towards Team Members
  • Ability to think and act swiftly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient in using slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, and other kitchen equipment
  • Previous experience in a similar food and beverage service role is preferred
