Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following designated recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation is attractive and meets our standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate when additional preparation is necessary.
• Collaborate effectively with team members regarding ticket times and potential service challenges.
• Maintain a clean and stocked work area, adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a line cook is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
