Job Description
Job Title: Cook
Company: Metz Culinary Management
Location: Alma, MI
Pay: $15 – 16 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $15 – $16 for a Cook position in Alma, MI, is generally at or slightly below the national average, which typically ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience, location, and type of establishment. In Michigan, the average wage for cooks can vary, with entry-level positions often starting around the minimum wage and experienced cooks earning higher rates. Given the current economic conditions and demand for food service workers, this pay range may be considered competitive for entry-level roles, but it could be less attractive for more experienced cooks. Overall, while it aligns with some local standards, it may not fully reflect the skills and experience of seasoned culinary professionals in the area.
