Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate Line Cook dedicated to preparing and cooking food to meet Perkins’ high standards. You will play a vital role in ensuring each guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience through your commitment to quality food preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to specified recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure food presentation meets standards and is visually appealing to guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management when additional preparation is necessary.
  • Effectively communicate with team members regarding ticket times, potential service issues, and any other concerns as they arise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all food handling and sanitation practices.
