Job description:
Join our team at The Courtyard Restaurant, a distinguished full-service establishment in Brecksville that offers a unique dining experience with an emphasis on made-from-scratch dishes. We are currently seeking a Grill Cook to join our kitchen team.

Key responsibilities include working from 2 PM until close, 5 nights a week, with no late hours required. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $19.00 to $20.00 per hour and benefits available after 90 days, including a Simple IRA and insurance.

We are looking for candidates with prior grill experience; however, applicants with extensive experience in high-volume or casual dining environments will be given preference. While grill experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement. A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration is essential.

The Courtyard Café has been a cornerstone of the community since 1983, featuring an inviting atmosphere that accommodates families and guests of all ages, along with an outdoor patio, takeout options, and a full-service bar.

Our hours of operation are as follows:
– Monday to Thursday: 11 AM – 9 PM
– Friday to Saturday: 11 AM – 10 PM
