Job description:
Bring your culinary expertise to our team as a Cook, where you will impress our guests through exceptional standards in food presentation, preparation, and cooking. As a Cook, you will work on the hot or cold line to prepare breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner menu items for the Dining Room and Lounge, as well as assist with banquet meals for catered events. Additional responsibilities may include helping with dishwasher duties as needed.

The starting pay rate ranges from $13 to $15 per hour, commensurate with experience. Ideal candidates will possess prior kitchen experience and a strong desire to learn. Depending on the shift, proficiency in sautéing, frying, broiling, grilling, and cooking eggs to perfection may be required. Experience in batch cooking for large groups is an advantage.

Availability should include weekends and holidays.
