Job Summary

We are seeking a Line Cook who demonstrates a passion for preparing and cooking food that meets Quaker Steak & Lube standards. In this role, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests through your dedication to quality food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure food presentation meets our standards and is visually appealing to guests.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when additional preparation is required.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding ticket times, service issues, and other concerns.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, following proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
