Job description:

Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill is actively seeking motivated and dependable candidates to enhance our team! As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in the setup and teardown of the grill line, food preparation, cooking, food presentation, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to order according to specifications.
  • Adhere to standard grill line recipes.
  • Operate grill and fryers; sauté, broil, and bake in accordance with cooking instructions.
  • Set up and dismantle the food preparation workspace.
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment and workspace.
