Job Summary:
The primary responsibilities include preparing and cooking food within designated stations, maintaining cleanliness in prep areas, and ensuring proper stocking of the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
– Set up cook stations and stock them with essential prep supplies
– Prepare food on the line by cutting, mixing, chopping, and creating sauces as needed
– Cook menu items by grilling, frying, chopping, sautéing, and broiling according to quality guidelines and standardized recipes
– Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards by adhering to a restaurant cleaning checklist in compliance with state and local food safety and sanitation regulations
– Handle and store food safely and properly
– Conduct inventory counts before and after shifts and complete food inventory or storage sheets
– Demonstrate the ability to work on weekends, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
