In the role of Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aimed at generating awareness and driving pipeline growth within AHEAD’s West Region. This collaborative position requires working closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies to align strategies, ensure flawless execution, and monitor performance outcomes.

As the pivotal link between the West Region and the wider marketing organization, you will ensure seamless coordination among teams, consistency in messaging and branding, and effective activation of campaigns and initiatives tailored to regional needs. You will also play a vital role in regional engagement within national campaigns, localizing content, refining audience targeting, and aligning messaging with regional business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in field marketing combined with a hands-on approach to execution. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Experience Marketing, with a dotted-line reporting to the EVP of Sales for the West, providing a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated field and regional marketing strategies customized for the West Region, aimed at enhancing brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across targeted accounts and industries.
  • Design and activate executive engagement programs, including CxO-level experiences and high-touch events to strengthen relationships with strategic customers and prospects.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional demand generation and pipeline acceleration initiatives, aligned with corporate and field priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, demand generation, and go-to-market (GTM) teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaign strategy, and audience targeting.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with GTM and technology partners to support brand consistency and deliver impactful co-marketing and partner programs in the region.
  • Drive and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies directed at high-value accounts, tailoring campaigns and events to accelerate sales cycles and enhance engagement.
  • Manage and assess campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI, leveraging data and analytics to continuously optimize programs and report results to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Facilitate clear communication with the regional sales team, educating them on upcoming programs, assets, and opportunities for global-to-local campaign activation.
  • Collaborate with national and global teams to scale successful programs across markets and ensure regional participation in corporate campaigns.
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-touch regional events, customer roundtables, and partner activations, while also supporting key national initiatives led by the Experience Marketing team.
  • Oversee and manage the West Region marketing budget, ensuring the effective allocation of resources to achieve measurable business results.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry conferences, executive forums, and customer engagements, enhancing AHEAD’s visibility and presence in the West.

Skills:

  • The ideal candidate has a proven track record in executing field marketing strategies that drive revenue through compelling content, integrated programs, and measurable outcomes. They will have in-depth knowledge of marketing best practices across digital channels, a data-driven mindset, and the capability to manage multiple initiatives with precision and creativity.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated, ROI-focused marketing and pipeline generation programs.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and their execution.
  • Proven expertise in project management and event execution.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, ideally including Marketo, Salesforce, and Demandbase.
  • Highly analytical, with a strong inclination toward using data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to effectively manage competing priorities.
