Position Overview:
We are looking for versatile team members capable of working across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. The pay range for this position is $11.58 – $13.72 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently deliver excellent guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in crafting meal solutions
    • Maintaining product knowledge, including weekly ad items, and collaborating with different departments to support guests effectively
    • Creating a welcoming shopping environment through merchandising and restocking products and specialty items, while ensuring nearby guests receive assistance
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and performing general housekeeping duties throughout the store
    • Presenting oneself professionally and adhering to uniform standards
